Shipping & Returns

Return Policy
Returns are ONLY accepted for unused & unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Gift Sets and Bundles are eligible for return ONLY if the complete set is returned unused and unopened. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be discarded. Please note that great care is taken to ensure the full ingredients of each product are listed on our website (as well as the product container).  If you have known allergies, or sensitivities to an ingredient, please review these lists carefully before purchasing a product.


If your product meets these requirements and you would like to request a return:
Please complete the Return Form and submit via  RebeccasEssentials.com with your order details to initiate your return. Once received your return request will be reviewed and you will be provided further information.


If your product is eligible for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 5-10 business days of receipt. Your refund will include the product’s purchase price and applicable taxes. There is no refund of original or return shipping costs. It is highly recommended using a return service with tracking to ensure your return reaches us.
 

Shipping
Rebecca’s Essentials ships all packages through the United States Postal Service (USPS).  Shipping is scheduled Mondays – Fridays. We offer FREE shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.  Please make sure to review the information below to ensure accurate delivery of your Rebecca’s Essentials shipment. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 3 – 5 business days.

 

Shipping Rates
If the customers address does not support USPS delivery, the customer is then responsible for the shipping charge through UPS.
If the customer provides an address that is not a deliverable address for USPS and the package is sent back to Rebecca’s Essentials, then the customer is responsible for the follow-up shipping charge when the order is resent.
When orders are processed, a tracking number will be emailed to you if an email address is provided. The tracking number allows you to see where your package is and when it will land on your doorstep or mailbox.

 

Shipping timeframe: 
Most customers receive their packages within 7-10 business days
Please be aware that due to recent trends with the USPS, shipping may be additionally delayed. On occasion, we currently see trends of packages taking up to 14 business days. Please check USPS for the most up to date information on your deliveries, as packages are out of our control after they are shipped.
Packages marked as delivered to the address entered on your order are subject to product replacement only if deemed missing or stolen by the carrier. Please contact support@rebeccasessentials.com within 14 days of your shipment's original date of delivery for assistance.
Please ensure your address is correct before you complete your order as we are not responsible for shipments marked as delivered to incorrect addresses.
Please note: 
As always you should expect some delay for orders placed in November and December due to USPS taking longer with increased packages during the holidays. 
If your part of the country is experiencing severe weather or a natural disaster, the delivery of your package may be delayed. USPS will post any delays due to weather or a natural disaster on their web site: www.usps.com.  When the weather is warm, your solid items may show signs of separation or melting because our products are all natural.  This is typical. Stir the contents and let it sit at room temperature until they return to their original consistency.
Please note we cannot guarantee changes can be made to orders once submitted and we are unable to cancel or modify an order once fulfilled and in transit.
International shipping is not offered at this time.
